Here are a couple pictures I forgot I took. They were still on my camera from a couple weeks ago!

Here are some pictures from Delaney's first time swimming. Our friends had the heater on their pool turned up to a nice 90 degrees! It was great! I wish summer wasn't over! Thanks for the fun times in the pool! Frances had a blast too, she finally got brave enough to jump in from the side. Once she did it she didn't want to stop. She was getting so excited that she wasn't really jumping anymore but rather belly flopping. I guess she was just practicing for faceplants next year on the wakeboard! :-)

Surf's up dude!

Or should I say Dudette! We went out on the boat this evening and Frances enjoyed surfing with her daddy. We went last week as well. The pictures are from then and the video is from tonight. Boy are we in trouble!

It finally happend!

Today I took the girls on a drive with me to deliver some books. They were for a lady in a town East of here so we decided to visit some friends while we were over there. Frances had a BLAST playing with their five kittens (they live on a farm)! On the way home Delaney cried pretty hard for at least ten minutes in a row and all of the sudden I heard Frances say "I don't want you to have a baby". My heart just about broke hearing her say it but I understood. She felt helpless becuase she had tried the pacifier and talking to her and everything she could think of to make her stop crying. Then she told me she wanted God to "put her back". Luckily she stopped crying shortly after this conversation and before we made it home Frances was talking about us having another baby! Not in the plans that we know of for now but glad to know she is okay with it:)

Delany is now three months old. She is 21 1/2 inches long and weighs 11 pounds. Frances is into her third week of school and still loving it! The teachers say she is doing great!

First Day Of School!

I am not sure if it is a result of being excited or the fact that she actually went to bed at 8:00 but Frances was up and at em' by 6:00 this morning! This is my girl that will often sleep till 10 or later if I let her! At least she had plenty of time to eat her breakfast and brush her teeth before school! We were all ready to go so we headed out front to take our "first day of school" picture. She gave me a big smile and I told her to go get in her seat. She looks at me and asks "why do I need a receipt?" Good thing they test hearing in school:) She was very excited when I dropped her off, she almost forgot to give me a hug and kiss! Now I am free till 1:00!

3 going on 13!

The other day I sent Frances in her room to get dressed. After about 5-10 minutes of pure silence I went to check on her and this is what I saw...

I asked what she was doing and she informed me that she was "deciding which clothes she wanted to wear." She had made outfits out of most of her clothes and laid them all over the floor. She put some things together that should never be and others that I would never have thought of but looked pretty good together:)
