Unexpected visitor
Last night our friend Mike dropped in. He used to live in the area and now lives about 4 hours away. He was in town on business and was able to pop in to meet the new baby. His wife was hoping to get up here while I was still in the hospital but it didn't work out. Now he got to see the baby first! Here is a picture!

This is news to me (the wife)! Way to go, Mike! I'm so glad we were able to at least send a family representative.
